- Mix corn paste and gramflour. Add curd, green chilies paste to taste and salt, mix well.Make thick batter,use water if needed.
Add Add sufficient water to steamer and grease small idli mould.
. Heat till water reach to boiling temperature. Mix batter well and add fruit salt. Again mix well and pour the mixture to idli small mould.
Steam till cooked about 5 minutes. When ready,cool and remove button idlies from moulds
.In the mean time Heat oil and deep fry pakoras till golden brown .
serve hot corn button pakora with salad stick and curd-dip or dip of choice .
Garnish with corn kernels,pudina powder and chat masala to taste before serving.
